The challenge

Because of the fact that Triumph has a lot of resellers around the world, they missed a good overview of their total stock.

Every reseller has its own way of processing data. Which made it a challenge for Triumph to gain all the information about the stock data.

The solution

We build a solution where they have all the stock data accessible and make effective choices, based on real time data.

We also automated the data export within SAP Business Warehouse. Because Triumph had to that manual, every month.

In terms of CRM we build Triumph multiple front-end dashboards.

The extreme high quantity of data made it almost impossible for Triumph to access their data and gain insight. That is now a thing of the past.
